I'm not good at the whole "technology" thing

I've been trying to log back in for the past four months so I could blog again. I finally figured it out! It's safe to say I'm pretty technologically challenged...

So, here's an update on my life. Mock trial is eating my life, not that I'm complaining or anything. I love it! We competed at our Regional tournament at Kennesaw State University this weekend, and our team went undefeated, so we get to move on to ORCs. That was nice. The highlight of my weekend was the dining hall at Kennesaw, and I'm so serious about that. In fact, I'm considering a transfer to  Kennesaw just for the dining hall. One meal swipe gets you access to this giant food court type thing. No, food court doesn't do it justice. I would call it a food utopia. They had a diner food area, a hot line, Asian food, a dessert bar, salad bar, fish bar, cafe, and a pasta station. An ENTIRE station devoted to PASTA? I want to transfer just thinking about it. Why don't we have something like that at USC?

My classes this semester are amazing. My favorites are definitely Theater 563 (history of modern theater) and Psychology 410 (abnormal psychology). My theater class only has 7 students, including me, and we sit at a square table with our professor while we discuss plays. It's so great. It made me realize how much I really do love theater and plays and acting.

Spring break is only three days away and I can't even begin to express my excitement! I get to judge for my old high school at the state speech and debate tournament this Friday and Saturday, then Sunday is my lovely friend's birthday. Great way to kick off break, right?

Speaking of birthdays, my parents got me an early birthday present (very early, considering my birthday isn't until June). Improv lessons! Yes, that's right! Starting May 3rd, I'm going to be doing a 6 week improv program back home, ending with a public performance at a coffee place downtown. It's pretty much the best birthday present for me.

Well, it's time for more midterm studying. Glad to be back to blogging!
